They have mastered the new National League of Instructors (NLI) instructors' training program for alpine skiing and snowboarding for children. The instructors of Rosa Khutor passed exams and received the appropriate certificates, which confirm their qualifications as specialists in teaching children how to ski or snowboard.

The National League of Instructors conducts professional training of specialists in teaching children in accordance with the international standards of the International Ski Instructors Association (ISIA). The new NLI program includes 4 courses, each of which is devoted to a specific aspect of the activities of the children's instructor. The main offline course "Methods for Teaching Children to Ski / Snowboard: Basic Level" examines in detail practical work on the slope, from educational games for children without skiing to an entry-level carving turn for children.

The remaining three courses of the program take place remotely and provide specialists with theoretical knowledge: an understanding of the peculiarities of the psychology and physiology of children of different ages, as well as the options for playing techniques in the classroom with children.

Anna Tigushkina, head of the Instructor Service of the Rosa Khutor resort, notes: “In our activities we pay great attention to teaching children, therefore, the improvement and professional growth of our specialists is of great importance. Working with children is not only theory and skills, because in order to really interest a child, you need a game, funny tasks, special play equipment and, most importantly, ensuring safety.

«In the winter season, the Egorka Ski Club is open at the Rosa Khutor resort, where children from 3 to 12 years old are trained. According to Anna Tigushkina, "thanks to the new knowledge of the instructors gained during the NLI program, our young guests of the resort will be introduced to alpine skiing under the supervision of certified specialists who have the knowledge, technical skills and skills for conscious and high-quality work with children.»

Each pupil of the club becomes the owner of a certificate and prizes. You can book a lesson at the Egorka Ski Club of the Rosa Khutor resort even before the start of the winter season: https://rosakhutor.com/ski-school/
