The largest maze on the coast has opened in the city of Siófok on the southern shore of Lake Balaton. It was built from 200 hay bales and covers an area of 600 square meters. Those wishing to navigate its intricate passages have a chance to get lost. The structure is impressive not only for its size. It can also transform, as the engineers who created the winding space have provided for the possibility of changing the configuration of the attraction. Also, the Siófok maze rotates from time to time.
You can visit the straw labyrinth not only during the day. The maze in Siófok is open 24 hours a day. Making your way through it in the dark with a flashlight is a special adventure.
An artificial ice rink is currently being built near the maze. An observation wheel is also being prepared for opening, which will operate even in winter.
All these attractions will complement the list of interesting places that can be visited in this resort town, known for its beaches, water parks, nightclubs, mineral museum, Imre Kálmán memorial house, the amusing building of the Evangelical church, as well as the unusual design of the water tower and the Bella contact zoo.
