The Youth Days will be held on June 15 and 16 at the IV Russian Travel Forum "Travel!", which will this year take place as part of the "Russia" exhibition-forum. The program events are addressed to young professionals who are choosing a career in tourism. Traditionally, these days will include educational sessions, master classes, workshops, pitches, and job fairs.

"The rapid growth of the tourism industry today opens up great opportunities for young people. The hospitality industry is looking for young, proactive personnel with fresh ideas and a desire to try themselves in this field. Within the framework of the strategic session on tourism development, which was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin, we determined that the industry will need another 400 thousand specialists by 2030. Of these, about 80 thousand are graduates of higher and secondary educational institutions, including marketers, financiers, guides, cooks, and tour guides. In addition, thanks to the national project "Tourism and the Hospitality Industry", thousands of specialists can annually improve their qualifications or get a new profession in this field. Already this year, it is planned to train more than 5 thousand specialists in educational centers created under the national project in the Moscow Region, Tatarstan and St. Petersburg, almost half of whom are young people," - said Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Dmitry Vakhrukov.

The architecture of the youth program includes 20 thematic tracks and 4 main blocks: "Work in tourism", "Business in tourism", "Blogging in tourism" and "Travel for young people".

Representatives of federal executive bodies and regional tourism departments, universities, tour operators and other companies in the industry are invited to participate. Together with young professionals and students, they will discuss issues of building a successful career in tourism, the practice of creating their own business and tourism products, as well as new opportunities for youth tourism in Russia.

"Young people are the driving force behind innovative ideas that can change the tourism industry. And now we understand that the future of tourism in Russia is in the hands of young specialists who are already now determined to make a great contribution to the development of the industry.

Therefore, for the second year in a row, the "Travel!" forum is becoming a platform where students and graduates of industry universities can get valuable information from experts, exchange experiences and thoughts with each other, find like-minded people and even a future employer. I am sure that two days of joint productive work will give the participants successful projects, useful acquaintances, and, of course, inspiration for new achievements!", - said Deputy Director of the Roscongress Foundation, Director of the Russian Travel Forum "Travel!" Vladimir Zatynaiko.

The full architecture of the Youth Days program is presented on the official website of the forum: https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowForum-g294459-i705-Russia.html.

This year the Forum will be held from June 12 to 16 within the framework of the "Russia" exhibition-forum with the official support of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the ANO "National Priorities" and leading industry associations in the field of tourism.
