Tourism and air transport will lose 25 million jobs due to COVID-19 - IATA

The global tourism and related passenger air transport industry could lose 25 million jobs, including 5.6 million in Europe, as a result of COVID-19. This forecast was published by the international air transport Association (IATA). 

According to experts, in the coming months, due to the loss of customers tourism and air transport will suffer significant financial losses in almost all countries. 

The world has passed the mark of one and a half million infected with the coronavirus. The number of victims is approaching 90.000.
