The Lesnaya Skazka Eco-Center invites Muscovites to take part in the educational project "Trees Do Not Keep Silent". The cycle of author's audio tours for visitors to Bitsa Forest will start on May 20 and will last until September 30.
"They will be accompanied by unusual "guides" - trees, each with its own voice and unique history. On any day, everyone can come to the Lesnaya Skazka Eco-Center, get a route map and go on a journey. The main thing is not to forget to take a smartphone with Internet access - you will need it to scan QR codes," reported the Moscow Department of Nature Management on its website.
Access to audio stories is opened by QR codes located along the route, which is about two kilometers long. The route itself passes along equipped paths and park alleys.
"Citizens will learn why birch bark is white, why maple is "curly" and many other interesting facts from the life of trees," the department noted.
You can take part in excursions alone, with your family, with friends or with the whole class.
Free excursions can be visited on the natural territory, not far from the Lesnaya Skazka Eco-Center (Bitsevsky Park metro station).
