«Kaliningrad perfumers decided to develop a collection of fragrances that will symbolize different regions of Russia. The authors of the project suggest that the smell will become one of the elements of the region's identification. The perfume will be sprayed in museums, public places, exhibitions so that people remember the smell and then use it to remember the place they visited. And, of course, perfumes will be a new souvenir,» noted the compilers of the rating.
