"Moscow, Sochi, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok and Kazan have become leaders in the cost of apartment prices in October," as per a study was carried out in Rosbank.

So, a square meter of housing in Moscow will cost an average of 271.5 thousand rubles, in Sochi the cost of one "square" of housing is 220 thousand rubles, in St. Petersburg - 172.5 thousand rubles.

The leaders in the primary and secondary housing market are the same - they are Moscow, Sochi, Krasnogorsk.

Krasnodar closed the top 10 leaders in the cost of housing in Russia. The cost per square meter in the capital of the Kuban is 109.9 thousand rubles in the primary market and 102.7 thousand rubles in the secondary market.
