They were introduced due to the worsening epidemiological situation in the region. This was announced by the governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev. Additional restrictions will apply from November 22 to January 18.

«Over the past month, the increase in the number of cases in the region has almost tripled. Today, about 20 thousand people are being treated in hospitals and at home with confirmed coronavirus. The New Year holidays are ahead, after which these numbers may grow even more. We must do everything to stabilize the situation, protect residents and guests of the region,» said the Head of the Kuban.

Thus, a visit to shopping and entertainment centers and public catering places in the Krasnodar Territory is possible only upon presentation of a QR code on vaccination, a certificate of a past illness or a certificate of a medical withdrawal. Now similar rules are also established for all enterprises in the sphere of consumer services and retail facilities, as well as fitness centers, gyms, swimming pools, museums and during business, convention and exhibition events. Exceptions will be grocery stores and pharmacies. The QR code will be needed when visiting theaters and cinemas, and they will work when the occupancy of auditoriums is no more than 50 percent.

When checking into hotels in the Krasnodar Territory, a certificate of a recovery from the illness within 6 months is also required or a certificate of vaccination, or a certificate of completion of its first stage, or a certificate of a medical withdrawal from vaccination together with a negative PCR test.

You can also get vaccinated on vacation, for this, upon check-in, you need to present a negative PCR test and voluntary consent to be vaccinated within three days from the date of arrival.
