Mountain resort "Rosa Khutor" in Sochi was recognized as the best alternative venue for business events

It became a laureate of the main annual national award in the field of business travel Russian Business Travel & MICE Award. The solemn ceremony for the first time was held in Yekaterinburg. 

The award was held in 15 nominations, and 420 companies became its participants in 2021. Almost 700,000 votes were cast in the online voting for the nominees for the awards. The final selection of the winners and laureates was made by an expert council, which included more than 100 recognized professionals of the MICE & BT market.

Rosa Khutor won the prestigious RBT & MA prize in the «Best Alternative Venue for Events. All-season resorts». Today the resort has extensive facilities and programs for organizing any kind of corporate events.

On its territory there are chain hotels, restaurants and bars, sports stadiums, beauty salons, shops, numerous parks and, of course, the famous Olympic Village. For large-scale events, you can consider the Lizo and Rosa Hall concert halls. Their main advantage is functionality and the possibility of operational transformation, which allows organizing an event of any level. Corporate recreation and ethno-park «My Russia» is of special interest. Here, on an area of ​​3.5 hectares, you can find historical pavilions with the unique architecture of the regions of our country, museums, alleys with boutique hotels and restaurants. Rosa Khutor offers a huge selection of programs specially for MICE.

More than 20 types of team building, from active and sports to creative and relaxing: quests, business games and master classes. For the organization of evening programs, they will also offer a portfolio of professional presenters, DJs and musicians.

The founder of the award is the MICE Project Office ANO, with the support of the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Business Travel magazine. The project was supported by the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Sverdlovsk Region and the Congress Bureau under the Investment Promotion Agency of the Sverdlovsk Region.

The partners of the Prize are the Federal Agency for Tourism (Rosturizm), the largest professional associations: the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF), the National Convention Bureau (NKB), the Association for Economic Interaction of the RF Subjects “The Union for the Development of Tourism in the Russian Federation”, “The National Association for Information and tourist organizations "(NAITO), the Russian Union of Travel Industry (PCT), the Association of National Tourist Offices in Russia (ANTOR).
