The tourist route will run from the Winter Theater to Komsomolsky Square.

«The basic principle of creating a city-park was laid down in the general plan of Sochi in 1967. New decorative corners, squares, mini-parks were created in the city, which still adorn the resort.

The Soviet dendrologist artist Sergei Venchagov theoretically and practically created a new wave in urban park design. In 1979, a special style of Sochi landscaping received the State Prize of the RSFSR in the field of architecture for creating a landscape gardening environment in the center of the resort city of Sochi, the Sochi administration reported.

As part of the creation of the new route of the project, it is planned to reconstruct the Phytofantsia exhibition corner, the green parterre of the concert hall "Festival" garden of the Russian-Japanese friendship, flower decoration at the former hotel "Moscow", vertical gardening at the underground passage at the intersection of Kurortny Prospekt and Pervomaiskaya Street, and other examples of the Venchagov style of landscaping.
