Despite the problems with the cancellation of flights of Russian airlines abroad, the opportunity to go on a trip abroad remains for Russians - foreign carriers fly, the ATOR Bulletin says.
According to the association, in March, foreign carriers announced direct flights from Russia, on which tourists can fly, to countries such as Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Morocco, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, India, Sri Lanka.
According to ATOR, despite the closure of the sky, many foreign companies plan to return to Russia to resume flights to Asia and the Middle East.
“So, the resumption of flights from Domodedovo (Moscow) to Sharm El Sheikh (Egypt) has been announced by Air Cairo since April 30 (1 flight per week). Royal Jordanian plans to start flying between Domodedovo (Moscow) and Amman (Jordan) from April 26 (2 flights per week). Armenia will start a flight program to Yerevan from Mineralnye Vody (1 flight per week),” the report says.
