The press service of the company "Tourism.The Russian Federation" reported that the jury of the open All-Russian competition with international participation for the development of architectural, planning and urban planning solutions of the future "All-Russian family beach resort "Novaya Anapa"" considered the applications of the selected participants for further determination of the finalists.
In total, 50 applications were submitted from 19 individual applicants and 31 consortia in the "Professional Participant" category. 149 companies from 11 countries are allowed to participate in the competition. These include Russia, Germany, Denmark, Egypt, Iraq, Spain, Mexico, Portugal, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the United States. In the category "Special Participant", 11 applications were submitted from 69 participants from 18 cities and 11 higher educational institutions of Russia.
The works of all participants will be taken into account during the work on the development of tourist territories. However, it is the finalists who will receive a specific technical task and will be able to develop their own projects. In September, they will see the territory of the future resort in Anapa and get acquainted with the features of the landscape.
The results of the first stage of the competition and the list of finalists will be announced after the voting results are summed up. The results of the competition will be announced at the end of November, and in December the results of the work will be presented to the public. The best solutions developed by the participants will be applied in the process of working on the master plan of the tourist territory.
The All-Russian family beach resort "Novaya Anapa" will be created on the territory of the Krasnodar Territory, next to the Bugaz spit. The total estimated area of the project area is 1806 hectares. The number of rooms of the new year-round resort will be up to 25 thousand rooms.
