Tourism.RF Corporation and GC Abrau-Dyurso have signed an agreement to create the first hotel as part of the development of the Abrau-Dyurso tourist cluster.

"The corporate agreement provides for the creation of the Abrau Club hotel of the "four stars" category. As part of the project, it is planned to build 212 rooms, a spa center, restaurants and retail space, lay down engineering communications and improve 3.8 km of the embankment of Lake Abrau," - the website of Tourism.RF reports.

The design of the hotel is planned to start this year, and the facility is scheduled to be commissioned in the IV quarter of 2028.

The corporation will assist the project in creating the supporting infrastructure and attracting loans on preferential terms.

In 2022, Tourism.RF developed a master plan for the development of the Abrau-Dyurso tourist territory. This investment project provides for an increase in the hotel fund by 700 rooms, the creation of a water park, an entertainment center and other tourist facilities.

The Krasnodar resort is planned to be scaled to the level of a tourist cluster of all-Russian importance.
