The press service of the "Krasnoyarsk Stolby" national park has announced that a "Month of Silence" will be introduced from May 13 to 31. In connection with this, the protected area will be closed to visitors.

"During this period, only the Granite Quarry bowl and the Stolby Science and Education Center from the Eastern entrance to the national park will be available for visiting. The protected area will be completely closed from the Central entrance and the Bobrovy Log Fanpark," - the message says.

"The Month of Silence" is held in specially protected areas in the spring. Such a period of rest is necessary for fire prevention and to maintain the peaceful awakening of the protected flora and fauna.

The "Krasnoyarsk Stolby" National Park is located in Krasnoyarsk. It is one of the specially protected natural areas that play a key role in absorbing carbon dioxide.

The Bobrovy Log Fanpark is located on the territory of the national park - a world-class all-season sports and recreation park, part of the Norilsk Nickel Group of Companies. Since 2018, the fanpark has been implementing a partnership program with the Krasnoyarsk Stolby National Park in various areas.
