Sochi to greet the New Year with fireworks

The resort "Rosa Khutor" has prepared a bright entertaining festive program. During the New Year holidays, you can visit the residence of Santa Claus, listen to performances by a street orchestra and musical sets of famous DJs, see a laser show and fireworks. Taking into account the epidemiological situation and the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor, all events will be held outdoors in compliance with all necessary measures.

«On a holiday, December 31, in Rosa Dolina, on the terrace of the Radisson hotel, the residence of Father Frost will open. It will work all the holidays until January 6, from 11:30 to 15:00,» according to the press service of the Rosa Khutor resort.

The New Year's program of the resort will be supplemented by the arrival at the railway station "Rosa Khutor" of the Fabulous train of Santa Claus from Veliky Ustyug. He will appear on the platform on December 31 at 20.30 to wish the guests of the resort a Happy New Year. With tickets purchased in advance, it will be possible to visit his mobile residence, warm up with hot tea, send a New Year card to any corner of Russia and receive a gift. At 03:10 on January 1, 2022, the train will go further along the route to bring a New Year's fairy tale to other cities of our country.

The entertainment program at the Rosa Khutor resort will last until January 6. Every evening a bright laser show will take place on the Town Hall Square. 

The TV Band and animators will help guests to spend 2021. From 20:00 until 01:00, DJ Rich Rudeboyz and Pasha Bronx will perform incendiary sets on the square near the Town Hall. At 20:30, the Black Square street theater will join the celebration. And after the traditional speech of Russian President Vladimir Putin, at exactly midnight, the sky above the resort will be painted with festive fireworks.
