Sochi Airport Plans 74 Destinations for Winter Season

Sochi airport has announced flight schedules to 74 destinations for the upcoming winter season, including 51 domestic and 23 international routes.

Starting October 28th, Ural Airlines will commence flights from Sochi to Baku.

The airline's autumn and winter schedule also includes flights to Tashkent, Samarkand, Osh, Hurghada, Sharm El-Sheikh, and Dubai. Flydubai, an airline from the UAE, will continue its flights on the Dubai-Sochi route, the resort's airport reported.

Russian carrier Azur Air will operate charter flights from Sochi to Sri Lanka, Hurghada, and Sharm El-Sheikh. Red Wings plans flights from Sochi to Bahrain and Phuket. From May to September, the resort's airport served nearly eight million passengers, with a total of 24,500 flights.
