Salekhard included in the list of Russian cities where you can see white nights

Salekhard was included in a selection of 15 cities where tourists will be able to see white nights, the press service of Avito Travel reported.

White nights are typical for latitudes close to the Arctic circle. Therefore, in locations north of the popular St. Petersburg, they can be observed earlier than June 11.

So, in Salekhard, white nights began in April, in Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Norilsk and a number of other cities - in May. And at the end of the month Syktyvkar, Petrozavodsk and Vyborg were added to them.

"Salekhard is included in the selection of cities where you can go on white nights. The cost of daily rent of apartments in Salekhard by the end of May 2024 amounted to 4,000 rubles," Avito reported.
