The year-round tourist complex "Cote d'Azur" opened in Yamal, 15 kilometers from the city of Gubkinsky.
The idea of construction came from local residents Andrey Spirov and Denis Mogoryan. The complex is located on the shores of the Blue Lake.
“One of the first appeared parking for cars. Along the perimeter of the lake, wooden gazebos with barbecue areas and sun loungers with umbrellas were installed. In the near future, they plan to equip sports and playgrounds (beach football, volleyball).
Now the interior decoration of the first guest house with a steam room and a bath tub is underway. This year, there are plans to rebuild four more such houses,” the government of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YNAO) reported on its website.
The entrepreneurs are planning to build a pier. Catamarans and stand-up boards have already been purchased for active recreation. In winter, snowmobiling will be organized on the territory of the complex.
According to Denis Mogoryag, the water area of the lake is full of rainbow trout, which will allow the fishing season to open this year. It will be possible to rent the necessary equipment at the camp site.
“We launched rainbow trout into the lake a year and a half ago. We feed her, we watch her, we have already done trial captures. We plan to open the fishing season in the fall. The fish can be caught and immediately grilled or salted and smoked,” says the entrepreneur.
According to the administration of Gubkinsky, the new fishing and tourist complex is an important project also because it will allow organizing year-round outdoor activities for residents, especially for those who stay at home for the summer.
