Russian Railways invites travelers to embark on a four-day excursion tour "To the Lotus Valley" from Moscow to Astrakhan on August 1 and 8.

The tourist package includes a guided program, transfers, and meals as outlined in the itinerary.

"Your journey will begin with a visit to the Bogdinsko-Bashtankak Nature Reserve, where you will hear the amazing melodies of the 'singing rocks.' You will witness the wonders of nature, enjoy a traditional lunch, and immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Baskunchak—one of the saltiest bodies of water in the world. Then, you will visit the pristine white walls of the Astrakhan Kremlin and embark on a water journey through the Volga Delta, where you will be greeted by fields of lotuses and numerous birds," reads the tour description on the Russian Railways website.

Additionally, guests will enjoy a tea party on carpets and visit an Astrakhan melon field for a tasting of watermelons and melons.
