Zubov, member of the Public Council of Roshydromet, “Ecology inside out. How International Ecological Communities Work in Russia and Abroad”.
The author of the book studies the work of international environmental communities in Russia and abroad, analyzes advertising campaigns and their influence, examples of high-profile public stories, as well as forgotten articles.
Vadim Petrov tells how major environmental projects and programs are created and how they end; how not to be afraid of a climate catastrophe and understand how you can really help nature; why did WWF buy mayonnaise to save the Persian leopard in the Caucasus; why pandas are no longer dying out and who are the "green avatars"; why the absorption capacity of the mighty Russian birch is lower than that of the German one; how "standards" and "permits" did not help the giraffe Marius to survive.
