Experts of the reputable international market research company Euromonitor International have named Paris the most popular tourist destination in the world.

Dubai, Amsterdam, Madrid, Rome, Berlin, New York, London, Munich and Barcelona also entered the top 10 most attractive cities for travelers in order of priority.

"This year, Europe accounted for 39 of the 100 most popular tourist destinations in the world. European cities occupy eight places in the top ten. Only Dubai and New York are able to weaken this European hegemony somewhat," Euromonitor notes.

According to the company, the French capital can count on the return of American and Asian tourists who intend to resume traveling to Europe against the background of the weakening of travel restrictions by the countries of the continent.
