As part of the Roszapovedtsentr and Moscow Metro project to place images of protected areas of Russia on Troika transport cards, the Moscow metro ticket offices received cards with unique views of the Lena Pillars, a large stone ridge on the banks of a river that runs into the taiga.

The Lena Pillars Nature Park was inscribed on the World Heritage List in 2012.

The cards have a QR code located on the front side of them and leading to the website of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia https://naturerussia.travel/, which presents all the ecotourism opportunities of the country's reserves and national parks.

You can buy the reserved ‘Troikas’ depicting unique rock formations on the banks of the Lena River at the central ticket offices of the Moscow metro.

The cards, like the previous ones depicting the Katunsky Reserve, were issued in a limited edition of 10,000 copies.
