The press service of the Krasnoyarsk Pillars National Park has announced the imposition of a nighttime ban on visiting the central part of the recreational zone. These restrictions are due to bear sightings in the area of the Laletino checkpoint and Vtoraya Poperechnaya.
State inspectors have observed a young bear several times near the garbage bins at the Laletino checkpoint between October 5 and 7. The animal was also spotted near the children's playground on Vtoraya Poperechnaya, where it dug numerous holes in search of food. All encounters were noted in the early morning or at night.
The national park has also indefinitely extended the ban on issuing permits to the specially protected zone due to high bear activity in the area of the Wild Rocks.
Tourists are advised to stay on designated trails and routes, not to leave food waste in the national park, and to avoid approaching or photographing bears if encountered. Additionally, visitors are urged to immediately report any bear sightings or tracks to the security department.
