Irkutsk blogger Yegor Lesnoy decided to lift tires from the bottom of Lake Baikal so that they could be recycled to make a safe coating for the playground. On his YouTube channel, he said that, together with like-minded people, he had already taken 450 kg of tires from the lake and called on all those who were not indifferent to join his project "Save, do not talk."

Lesnoy decided that since we are talking about tires from Baikal, the site should be located next to the lake, and suggested organizing it to the Head of the nearest village of Listvyanka, Andrey Usharov. The official liked the idea - it turned out that there was a suitable site with an area of 208 square meters, for which a covering could be made.

“I got in touch with those who are engaged in the processing of tires, with the Irkutsk rubber processing plant, we all met and decided to bring this idea to life,” the blogger said. The plant calculated that 15 tons of tires would be needed to cover. According to Lesnoy, the task is "difficult, but achievable."

This is not the first action of his project "Save, do not talk", in the framework of which the blogger cleans the Irkutsk region of garbage. “I realized that I had to do something. Do not show off and hate, but just start with yourself - and people will catch up. Then I came up with a project and named it very clearly. Instead of shouts, signatures and petitions - take it and start acting. Look at yourself. Save, don't talk. This is my philosophy,” says Yegor.
