Intourmarket Exhibition-Forum to be Held at Baikal

More than 200 participants from Sakhalin to Kaliningrad will take part in the exhibition. The exposition will present all the possibilities of active and educational recreation in the Baikal region, offers for inbound, outbound, and domestic tourism.

A business program is prepared for tourism industry professionals.

For example, at a plenary session on the development of the industry, it is planned, in particular, to discuss the prospects for the development of the federal project "Five Seas and Lake Baikal", the problem of a shortage of personnel in the hotel industry.

The forum will also address issues of developing campsites and infrastructure for auto tourists and caravanners, event, active, and children's tourism, discuss recreation in specially protected natural areas, national tourist routes, and much more. Presentations of various tourism products and the tourist potential of a number of regions will be held.

In addition, as part of "Intourmarket", the final of the Far Eastern and Siberian Federal Districts of the Russian Event Awards 2024 will be held, and an exhibition of the best works of the "Tourist Souvenir of the City of Irkutsk" contest will be held.
