During International Bird Day Moscow will hold special activitie

On Saturday, April 3, 2021, Moscow will host the celebration of International Bird Day.

The program includes the opening on April 3, 2021 (Saturday) of the ecological and educational photo project “The Red Book Birds of the Arctic” on Strastnoy Boulevard and the immersive sound performance “University of Birds”.

The event was organized with the support of the Russian Chairmanship in the Arctic Council and the promotion of the Arctic environmental agenda of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, the Ecological Chamber of Russia jointly with "Novoye Vremya", as well as the Federal Reserve Center.

International Bird Day - the oldest international ecological holiday on our planet is celebrated annually on April 1 in many countries of the world.
