This popular tourist route in Sochi has dried up.

"The water remains only in the lower reaches, it is muddy, whitish, and has a sharp smell of hydrogen sulfide.

Mineral waters from a sulfide spring are emerging here on the surface," stated the press service of the Sochi National Park.Despite its disappearance, the waterfall remains open for tourists. Visitors can come and see it any day of the week.

The Agursky Waterfall has dried up before, in 2022. At that time, national park specialists inspected the watercourse near the large waterfall and also found small water formations above and below the watercourse, where live fish had gathered. They caught the fish and released them in the Matsesta River.
