The third Arctic Salon will be heldon August 23-25 on the territory of the Peter and Paul Fortress in St.Petersburg.
As EcoTourismExpert was informedby the city Committee for ArcticAffairs, an extensive business andcultural and educational program is planned within the framework of the event, aimed at demonstratingand popularizing the Arcticindustrial, scientific, educationaland cultural potential of St.Petersburg.
The guests of the Arctic Salon will immerse themselves in the atmosphere of polar research andthe Arctic expanses of Russia. 10specially equipped "polar stations"sites will be organized for guestsfrom preschool age to experts andentrepreneurs involved in the implementation of Arctic projects.
In addition, to immerse the guestsof the Arctic Salon in the northernatmosphere, art objects on Arcticthemes will be placed on the eventsite and a photo zone will be organized.
