The project provides for the construction of hotels and quad-houses with 124 rooms, an aqua-thermal complex, food and entertainment infrastructure for families and outdoor activities. This was reported by the corporation "Tourism.RF" on its website.

According to the governor of the Penza region Oleg Melnichenko, thanks to the new road, tourist routes will develop more actively in the region.
“No less important, local residents have the opportunity to directly access the M5 highway, which allows them to get to their destinations faster,” Melnichenko said.
Completion of construction and commissioning of facilities is planned for 2026.
