Tourists will be able to go from Saratov "To the origins of Ancient Rus'" by train

The Russian Railways press service reported that a tourist train on this route will depart from Saratov at the end of March. The cost of the trip will include round-trip train tickets, excursion program, meals and entrance tickets to the facilities as part of the excursions. The train will be equipped with comfortable carriages of categories CB, compartments and reserved seats of the last years of construction.

The tour will take four days. In Nizhny Novgorod, tourists will have a sightseeing tour, during which they will be able to admire the incredible panoramas of the city, as well as see the confluence of the Volga and Oka. After lunch, travelers will make a promenade along the old Bolshaya Pokrovskaya Street, where they will be met by street musicians and a bronze Merry Goat. There they will be able to buy souvenirs in the Art Crafts Center.

The program in Nizhny Novgorod also includes a visit to the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin, the Rukavishnikov Estate Museum, a cable car ride over the Volga and dinner.

In Yaroslavl, travelers will go on a sightseeing tour of the city, admire temples built 400 years ago, and visit the Yaroslavl Museum-Reserve. In addition, they will have the opportunity to take part in a master class on painting Yaroslavl tiles and get acquainted with the living symbol of the city - the bear Masha.

The journey will end with a theatrical interactive tour at the Yaroslavl Art Museum "Visiting the Governor". The performance is performed on behalf of the inhabitant of the house, the daughter of the Yaroslavl governor in the costume of the first half of the 19th century, who will tell about the traditions of the estate and its inhabitants.
