On October 1, Vladivostok will host for the first time the "Festival of Underwater Culture. A picturesque point was chosen as the venue for it – the Tokarevsky Lighthouse Yacht Club. This was reported by the Tourist portal of Primorsky Krai.
"The festival program includes free dives with an experienced instructor and walks on an amphibious bus, a Jet Capsule boat and aquabikes, a beauty contest "Miss Diving", where the most beautiful and erudite diver girl will be chosen, a lecture hall, an exhibition of diving equipment of the Soviet era, street food from popular Vladivostok restaurateurs, a market with products local craftsmen, a culinary master class from the School of Far Eastern Cuisine, a children's sea quest," the message says.
Guests of the festival will also find photo zones, life-size dolls, aquagrim, a recreation area and a performance by the cover band "Hurricane".
In addition, a raffle of gifts from sponsors will be held as part of the holiday.
The festival is organized by the ANO "Primorsky Underwater Research Center" of Vladivostok with the support of the Primorsky Krai Tourism Agency and the regional Tourist Information Center (Visit Primorye).
