Meteorologists explain this by a sharp cooling on the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory.
"If at the end of August the water off the coast of Sochi was +28 degrees, now it does not exceed +24 ... +25 degrees", - reports the Krasnodar Center for Hydrometeorology.
In Tuapse and Novorossiysk, sea water has cooled to +21 degrees, in Gelendzhik and Anapa - to +22. The situation is similar on the coast of the Sea of Azov, where in the area of the main resort towns the water temperature is +19...+21 degrees.
