The press service of the Roscongress Foundation reported that from September 9 to 13, a parade of sails will be held in the Amur Bay in Vladivostok. The event will be attended by large training sailboats, sailing yachts of international and national classes, foreign teams and high-level guests.
A series of regattas will traditionally take place during the days of the Eastern Economic Forum. More than a thousand young yachtsmen and sailors will take part in it.
On September 9, the children's and youth sailing regatta starts. In addition, the final stage of the Far East Cup international sailing regatta on the Qingdao-Vladivostok route will take place on this day. There will also be a regatta of cruising yachts and a meeting of skippers.
The opening of the parade of sails is scheduled for 10 September. On this day, a sailing regatta of keel yachts will take place, sailings within the framework of the Far East Cup will continue, and a parade of large training sailboats will take place, including the frigates Nadezhda and Pallada.
On September 11, the key event will be the start of the Roscongress Cup sailing regatta, which will last two days. On September 12, the start of the stage of the Far East Cup on the return route Vladivostok - Qingdao is scheduled.
On the final day of the parade of sails on September 13, the winners and prize-winners of the competition will be awarded.
