The press service of the government of the Tula region reported that the museum-estate of A.T.Bolotov was opened in the village of Dvoryaninovo in the Zaoksky district after repair and modernization. He should become the point of attraction of the Zaoksky museum cluster and an active participant in the projects "Museum Winter" and "Museum Summer in Tula".
Dvoryaninovo is the pearl of the region. The Manor Museum was founded in 1988 to mark the 250th anniversary of the birth of the writer and scientist Andrei Bolotov. The manor was restored on the old foundation according to the descriptions and drawings of the owner.
After the modernization, two new spaces appeared in the museum: the footman's room and the exhibition hall. In addition, an area for photo shoots was created.
Now the museum is equipped with modern multimedia equipment. With the help of information panels with monophones, visitors can learn a lot about Bolotov's life, as well as about the medicinal properties of herbs that he studied.
In the office, thanks to the projection, you can see the writer at work and "chat with him." There, visitors will also see Bolotov's "animated" drawings. A library has appeared in the interactive cabinet, which stores rare books on biology. Among them there are editions of the XVIII century.
One of the halls of the exposition is dedicated to Bogoroditsk, where Bolotov was the manager for 20 years. A cartoon about the creation of Bogoroditsky Park is broadcast in the hall. The interactive park area allows you to "find yourself" on the shore of a pond, in which you can even see underwater inhabitants.
