The complex will appear in the immediate vicinity of the resort lake "30'Ka" and will be able to receive 2,000 visitors per day.
The press service of the administration of the resort city reported that the new recreation area will have three swimming pools, one of which is indoor. A bath complex will adjoin it.
"The pools will be filled with thermal healing water, with a water temperature of 25-27 degrees. In addition, there are 2 children's areas with a mini water park," the report says.
The complex is planning to build a park area, equip walking paths, recreation areas, flower beds and decorative and monumental objects.
The Mineralnye Vody Zheleznovodsk complex and well No. 69 are located in close proximity to the site. During the operation of the facility, water from these sources will be used.
