The resort launched the project "Effective region". In the near future, the production process will be selected for optimization.

Today, nine projects have been implemented in the resort area of the region and savings are already visible, which amounts to billions of rubles and allows creating conditions for investment and development of production capacities. But the most important thing is that at the same time the demand of residents and guests of the region for the high quality of services provided in the hospitality industry is being met," said Alexey Yurtaev, Minister of Economy of the Krasnodar Territory.
Rosa Khutor has become the fifth organization of the sanatorium and resort industry, which will improve efficiency with the targeted support of the Regional Competence Center. The world-class year-round mountain resort is the largest object of the 2014 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, an example of an effective post-Olympic heritage. In winter, Rosa Khutor offers the largest ski area in the country - ski slopes with a total length of 105 kilometers, 32 lifts. 110 kilometers of hiking trails are open in summer. The resort has more than 20 hotels of different categories of stars, there is a private beach on the Black Sea coast.
– Rosa Khutor is rightfully considered the flagship of the country's tourism industry, more than once it has been recognized as the best ski resort in Russia, awarded the Travelers' Award Choice of TripAdvisor service, being among the best attractions in the country. Every year the resort receives up to two million guests, and the load of hotels in high season reaches a maximum. Rosa Khutor is distinguished by high standards of service and safety, as well as advanced technologies. Located at an altitude of more than 1000 meters above sea level, the Rosa Springs 4* Hotel has 202 rooms. It is the only sanatorium in the mountain cluster of Sochi. The hotel's medical clinic has diagnostic, physiotherapy, and balneological departments, hardware cosmetology procedures, a thermal complex, and a fitness center are available.

Improving the service and developing the medical base, we use methods of preventive medicine, which are based on a careful attitude towards guests. This corresponds to all the basics of the Effective Region project," said Elena Mosiychuk, General Manager of the Rosa Springs 4* Hotel.
RCC experts optimize the process of interaction between economic and technical services. Today it is already replicated at 12 regional enterprises of the hospitality industry. It is planned to open a specialized "Process Factory" in the region for future specialists of the sanatorium-resort direction receiving secondary and higher professional education.
The Krasnodar Krai joined the Effective Region project in 2019, which is aimed at increasing labor productivity in the social sector of the economy. The project is supervised by Rosatom State Corporation.
