The event was held in Krasnoyarsk. Participants of the eco-meet, which was held under the auspices of Norilsk Nickel, shared their experience in environmental education with each other.

The event was also attended by experts from the Arctic Development Project Office (PORA). Nikolai Doronin, Chairman of the Board of the organization, spoke about the environmental campaign in the Krasnoyarsk Stolby National Park. As part of it, the rocks were cleared of vandal inscriptions. After a successful experience in Krasnoyarsk, similar events were held in Norilsk at the Red Stones natural monument, as well as in the Murmansk region at memorial sites along the Kola highway associated with World War II.

Ecologist Polina Cheplyaeva, during one of the discussions, spoke about the PORA portal “Non-permafrost”, dedicated to adaptation to thawing permafrost in the Arctic. The project website contains professional analytical reviews of scientific and practical achievements in the field of permafrost in order to help experts develop the right development strategies in the Arctic zone.

As part of the eco-meeting, volunteers also carried out a set of works in the city fun park "Bobrovy Log" and the national park "Krasnoyarsk Stolby". An inclusive observation deck was created next to the Beaver Log cable car, benches were installed, as well as a separate waste collection point. Volunteers extended the existing eco-trail by 70 meters and equipped an ornithological site on it. The dismantling of the old abandoned building of the former cable car station was also carried out.
