The official website of the Kamchatka Territory reports that 89 young naturalists from all over Russia aged 14 to 18 will take part in the rally. The event will take place from 1 to 7 August.
As expected, the meeting will result in a decision to establish a public movement of young naturalists.
Last year, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered to restore the movement of young naturalists on the basis of the All-Russian Social and State Movement of Children and Youth.
Participants discussed the boundary between nature and ecotourism, whether mass visits to unique areas can remain safe, the responsibilities of investors, and how to prepare tourists for visiting specially protected natural areas.
The head of state expressed confidence that the Forum will be held at a high level, and that its results will contribute to the development of tourism in Russia and the expansion of humanitarian and business ties.
