“Throughout the day, two sites will operate in the park: one with fun contests, songs, dances and other interactive activities, the second with hot dumplings. They will be handed out to festival visitors for free trial,” the official tourist portal of the Chelyabinsk region said.
In particular, the program of the festival will include the contest "People's dumplings". At the entrance to the park, visitors will be given special tokens to vote for the most delicious dumplings. The winners will be determined during the tasting.
At the traditional fair, it will be possible to purchase dumplings and meat products, goods from farms and peasant farms, craftsmen. Also, guests of the festival will enjoy a concert program with the participation of creative teams. According to the portal, the festival "Ural dumplings on Nikola Zimniy" is in the top 10 best gastronomic events in Russia according to the analytical agency "Turstat".
