The festival "Street Artist" will unfold in the northern capital at the site of the Museum of Street Art on August 27-28. Its theme was the 350th anniversary of the birth of Peter I.
"The unique project "Street Artist" will combine street art and digital art in the format of one festival, transforming the territory into a public and cultural space filled with art objects," the organizers said on the event's website.
12 installations will be created at the festival - digital and media artists will transform the street murals and drawings created by the artists into interactive, light, dynamic and audiovisual works.
According to the organizers, the St. Petersburg Museum of Street Art, located in the current production, has no analogues in the world.
