Sochi's budget has grown by three billion rubles

The resort's budget for 2024 has increased to 56.4 billion rubles. The same indicators are provided for in the planning period up to 2026. 

- The money will be used to complete the construction of an apartment building on Timiryazev Street for the relocation of 800 residents of the emergency fund. In 2024, it is also planned to purchase 59 apartments for orphaned children, the Sochi administration reported.

The city will also carry out major repairs of nine boiler houses. Before the start of the summer season, additional funds will be invested in the improvement of parks and squares. They will also purchase special equipment necessary for emergency rescue operations in case of emergency situations.
