The high tourist flow was facilitated by the holding of the World Youth Festival at the resort.

- Many participants of the festival stayed in the city during the holidays after the end of the forum. The average load of collective accommodation facilities from March 8 to March 10 was more than 70%, the Sochi administration reported.

Complex wellness tours from two days to three weeks are popular among tourists in the off-season. About 15 sanatorium-resort and hotel complexes in Sochi offer vouchers worth from 1.6 thousand rubles per day with three meals a day included in the tariff. In 2023, Sochi hosted 7.6 million vacationers.
