Sochi and Cairo will be connected by direct flights for the first time

First flights will be launched on April 7th. They will be carried out by Rossiya Airlines.

“Flights to the capital of Egypt and back will be operated every day. Passengers will go by Sukhoi Superjet airliners with a capacity of 87 passengers,” the press service of Sochi International Airport reported.

The plane will depart from Sochi at 22:30 and arrive in Cairo at 00:25. From Cairo to Sochi, the flight is scheduled for 01:25 local time, the flight arrives in Sochi at 05:00.

In addition to Cairo, flights from Sochi to Armenia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan are scheduled from April 7.
