«One of the projects provides for the creation of a sanatorium complex in the Khostinsky district on the basis of the land plots of the Volna sanatorium and the Kristall boarding house with the restoration of existing historical buildings of the health resort. Also, the investor will build a medical center with the introduction of modern health improvement and treatment programs in combination with traditional methods for Sochi sanatoriums - balneo and mud therapy,» the Sochi administration reported.

The implementation of the project to create a modern complex of spa hotels in the Lazarevsky district will contribute to the development of transport, beach and engineering infrastructure in the Ashe microdistrict: the reconstruction of existing and construction of new roads, the improvement of adjacent areas with landscaping, the improvement of beaches, embankments and health paths.

Another major investment project involves the creation of the Mzymta logistics center. The resort will have a wholesale and retail trade cluster for the sale of industrial and food consumer goods. The logistics complex will consist of eight facilities for various purposes, united by a common infrastructure for the movement of goods and life support.
