San Marino, a landlocked microstate on the Italian peninsula, has opened up vaccine tourism by offering travelers an injection of the Russian Sputnik V.

The first customers were a group of Latvian citizens who arrived on May 17. At the moment, 71 tourists have already been vaccinated with the Russian Sputnik V vaccine. A total of 100,000 doses are available.

The offer is open to anyone between the ages of 18 and 84. The only condition is to pay for two doses of the vaccine worth 50 euros and stay at the hotel for at least six days (three days for each stage of vaccination) to receive an injection and pass monitoring. Or stay at the hotel for at least 21 days.
