Russian tour operators resume summer tours in Sochi

Hotels of the Russian resort in Sochi are still closed. Sochi should start hosting tourists after quarantine ends from the first day of summer. According to the press secretary of the Russian Union of Travel Industry Irina Tyurina the region’s tour operators are planning to resume their work by the summer season. Trips in August - September are in high demand; there are also bookings for October - November.

The tour operator Intourist announced that it resumes booking for summer tours in Sochi. Charter flights will be operated by the airline based on charter flights by Azur Air. They will start on June 1 and will last until the end of October 2020. Departures are planned from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Ufa and Yekaterinburg. As the touristic season was shifted to a later date, tourists will be offered to reschedule the tours without increased costs.
