Direct flights between Russia and Cuba have resumed since July 1. Flights to the resort of Varadero are operated by Rossiya Airlines on Boeing 777 wide-body aircraft. This was reported in the telegram channel of the Russian government.
“At the initial stage, flights will be operated twice a week, on Thursdays and Saturdays. In the future, depending on demand, the flight program will be expanded,” as per the message.
As the government expects, as a result, the total passenger traffic, taking into account charter and regular flights, may reach about 150 thousand people by the end of 2023. This is in line with pre-pandemic levels.
The Ministry of Regional Security of the Murmansk Region has developed a draft regulatory act that eases the possibilities of using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for photography and videography
