Rosa Springs, a new 5-star hotel, has opened its doors at the Rosa Khutor resort. Located at an altitude of 1100 meters above sea level in the Mountain Olympic Village, the hotel is renowned for its unique Life Balance concept, which offers a personalized and innovative approach to relaxation.

The 5-star classification was awarded by HorekaExpertGroup following a rigorous evaluation process that spanned over a year.

Alexander Belokobylsky, General Director of Rosa Khutor Mountain Resort, commented: "Rosa Springs is one of our most sought-after hotels, always known for its impeccable service. We are delighted that the current management team has elevated it to the highest classification. This is the only hotel in the mountains of Sochi with such a powerful health resort base. It boasts not only the best medical equipment but also specialists with advanced health improvement methods. Undoubtedly, its new 5-star status will be an advantage not only for this hotel but for our entire resort."

Olga Avdeeva, Executive Director of Vasta Hotel Management, the hotel's management company, attributed the 5-star achievement to the professional team and the implementation of their proprietary Life Balance Hotel concept, launched in 2022. "Russian hoteliers have gained the ability to develop and implement their own standards, create various services based on hotel infrastructure, and respond promptly to changing guest demands and preferences. Hotels are transforming from mere accommodation facilities into real attractions with their own unique concepts and activities. This positively impacts commercial performance, increases profitability, and provides guests with a unique experience," said Avdeeva.

The Life Balance Hotel concept offers a personalized approach to relaxation. Guests can work with a dedicated Life Balance concierge to create a customized wellness plan based on their individual needs and preferences. The hotel features a modern preventive medicine clinic offering 50 medical programs across 8 areas, including "Healthy Sleep" and "Strong Immunity," as well as an on-site mineral water spring. The main restaurant follows a farm-to-table philosophy, using locally sourced organic ingredients.

The Life Balance concept also focuses on mental well-being, offering regular personal growth training sessions and mindfulness workshops. Special wellness programs are tailored for children.

Elena Moiseychuk, the hotel's General Manager, noted that Rosa Springs 5* is popular year-round, especially with families with children, who account for 45% of guests. Business travelers also show significant interest. "The hotel's average annual occupancy remains high, reaching 74%. Peak demand occurs in January and February when the hotel becomes a center for skiing tourism thanks to its ski-in ski-out access," she said.

Rosa Khutor is a world-class year-round mountain resort and the main venue of the 2014 Winter Olympics. In winter, it offers 105 kilometers of ski slopes and 32 lifts. In summer, guests can enjoy hiking and biking trails. The resort has hotels of various star categories, including two 5-star hotels: Radisson Rosa Khutor and Rosa Springs. It is renowned for its high standards of service and safety, as well as its advanced technologies. Since 2013, Rosa Khutor has been repeatedly recognized as Russia's best ski resort by the World Ski Awards. In 2024, the resort was once again awarded the title of Best Ski Resort 2023/2024 by the Ski Business Awards.

Vasta Hotel Management is a management company that is part of the diversified investment group Vasta Discovery. The company's portfolio includes nine operating properties: Erbelia, Golden Tulip, Tulip Inn, Life Balance Hotel Rosa Springs, Ski Inn Spa, Valset apartments, and Azimut Hotels' Freestyle park-hotel at Rosa Khutor resort, as well as Bukhta Koprino and Volga Riviera in Yaroslavl Region.
