“In the center of attention is the specially protected natural area of regional significance, the Ingilor Natural Park. The park is located in the northern part of the Polar Urals and is named after a picturesque lake located in the mountains. "Ingilor" is translated from Nenets as "ice lake", - reported the portal of the government of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
During the expeditions, which will also take place in summer and autumn, it is planned to collect photographic material about the inhabitants and natural attractions of Ingilor, including mountain complexes, waterfalls, floodplain forests, spawning lakes, glaciers, and unique geological objects.
According to the district government, park employees are implementing a unique project to restore the population of musk oxen, the same age as mammoths - musk oxen. The Yamal musk ox nursery is recognized as the largest in the world. Today, on the territory of the natural park in the aviary complex contains more than 100 individuals of the musk bull, and more than 100 animals on free pasture, the report says.

The result of the work of photographers, journalists, employees of the natural park and researchers will be a photo album and a video film about the Polar Urals, which will continue the series "Reserved Yamal".

Its goal is the media promotion of specially protected natural areas of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
