A museum dedicated to the history of the Olympic Games appeared in Athens, the cradle of Olympism.
The opening of the museum is timed to coincide with the 125th anniversary of the Olympic Games of the new generation held in the Greek capital in 1896.
The exhibition is a chronological tour that traces the evolution of the Olympic Games – from ancient times to the present day.
The Athens Museum is one of 28 Olympic expositions opened in different countries of the world.
